The more I see, the more I like Wambli's frankenruger! It is just unique.

Remingtom 870 and no screw in choke? Classic! Well done.

I love that mount.

Welcome aboard! It's good to have a newbie. This is a very friendly place with no need for a moderator. BTW just because it's old school doesn't mean it wasn't a good school. Some of us live in both worlds image2.jpeg Savage 99 vs bullpup.jpg What's up with the parachute? That stand isn't that high!...

Are you sure this isn't one of Heavy Max's inventions?

What they show isn't a functioning piece, where's Paul Harvy when you need him.

That is amazing! I'd love to see his work succeed. I had the pleasure to speak with a master gunsmith in Williamsburg Va., A national living museum. While there I watched him hammer forging a barrel. It is fasinating.

Thanks for sharing.

You're loss, That was a very fine woman of love and conviction. Oh the love that poured froom her!

"Whiskey Tango Fox Trot"? Some evil a$$hole needs an "Additude Adjustment".
If you like evil, you'll love me! I'm gona dance evill on your..... head!

Wow!

Oh That is nice and the price isn't bad!

Just for some backround, this is my family that lived in Finland. You folks helped me make a getaway kit for them. They gave it to another family when they moved. After two years of waiting for INS, my daughter and her family moved to the USA. My wife and I set them up well and they've been here a y...

My daughter came over this morning to take my wife out to spend my retirement... After the greetings she proudly announced, "Elisa says she wants you to teach her to shoot and hunt." :o I'm ready to jump through the roof! She and her husband like the idea of her learning to handle and shoo...

That breaks my heart. I've had contact with her and Teach at least 25 years. I met them on the All Outdoors Wedsite. When it failed I was broken hearted but found them again on Modernsportsman, that was the best website I've ever been on. Mary's handle was Seasonal Wife but we called her Mama Bear. ...

That is a nice rifle!

I used to really enjoy still hunting blacktail deer and duck hunting. Where I live now there's no duck hunting to speak of. At almost 70 with two steel knees, a steel ankle and minor back issues I just can't hunt alone anymore let alone drag an animal out of the woods or navagate a marsh. If I step ...

I have always liked the unique and unusual. That fits the nitch very well. It looks great! I think the size and caliber are perfect!

Zee....all you taste is in your mouth

Happy birthday!

I've had a number of surgeries on my joints through the years, this is the second best I've had. I've kept my foot raised and iced. This morning I decided to take a shower, I put on the shower boot and realized I didn't need the shower chair. Once I got dressed I thought I don't need this gauze all ...

Big slug, that is classic!

It has been interesting. I hope this is the last at least for a while! Oral cancer and neck lymphnode removal, L ankle surgery, L ankle replacement and now a growth and nerve removal between my third and fourth toe on my right foot today. Deer archery opens this weekend. I have a few special hants t...

I can appreciate that! I'm a foodie and eat new things all the time. I lost half my tastebuds a yera and a half ago to cancer but, I'm glad to be here.

I'm not good with the hand out, I'd rather the money be used for the national debt. Like others have said, "They're all doing it". 5k would sure help with my wife's and my hearing aids which aren't covered in Medicare or any other program. So how is the Catholic Church different from the D...

Just putting things in perspective. If we’re shedding a light on one let’s do it fairly on all. Democrats have been blatantly buying votes for decades. At the end of the day none of it means anything to me. I don’t need the 5k, or free schooling, or government supermarkets. I’ve worked my ass off s...

OK JC, how about the rest of the story?

That is way too cool! I wonder who turned it in for sale at your LGS?

Our bigest problem was bears. I hung my 5 gal model from a tree limb to avoid problems. My partner had his toppled few times.
