Re: A deal on steel targets

Correction, you keep working on days we shoot  I keep proposing that I should work less, but their counterproposal to pay me less is suboptimal. Corporate bastards really know how to hurt a man…. But don’t worry in a few years you’ll be replaced by a Tesla robot running Grok and then you can s...

Re: had my Azz kicked by wind

I shot a 600 yard string in Cheyenne Wyoming with my 308. The range is 6089 feet above sea level, the week before I was shooting in Laramie at 8100 ft…. Both places had crazy winds! Laramie has swirling winds in the canyon and Cheyenne, well there’s always stupid wind there!

Yeah the government could care less about that, if they did tobacco would have been shuttered years ago. Money, it’s all money!

Re: Great News! Home Stills Now Legal

It’s always about money, always. The article I read said it dated back to the end of the civil war and the south wasn’t paying tax on all the booze they were cooking… shocking right?

The shop has a fancy version of it. It feels like an inexpensive gun, like a heritage revolver feels. I’d buy a Henry 22 before one of those savages…

Re: One SEXY BFR

The Field Ethos collaboration guns are all pretty cool, this is no exception. i wonder if I could cobble together a poor man's version with a Blackhawk... Yes. Yes you can. I’ve done it. It’s HIDEOUS. 🤣 "If you cant be handsome, you better be handy" -Red Green Keep you’re stick on the ice...

Re: One SEXY BFR

If something like this was available in a GP-100 and for not too much of a premium over the sum of its parts, I would have it on layaway already. A Redhawk would be a worthy donor…. Just saying Get after it! Those project don’t do themselves! Have the 44 cut, if you like it do the 357 Don't think f...

Re: One SEXY BFR

ABOUT DAMN TIME! This is the first example of usable backup iron sights I've seen with a red-dotted revolver. The ACRO is a pretty good optic choice for that, basically being a Picatinny (ish) cross slot mount - no teeny holes or wimpy screws needed to hold your sight on. Now if we can get that on ...
