Suppressor Question
I'm in the process of getting a Yankee Hill Suppressor for my 5.56 ARs...One of the firearms I want to use it on is my 8.5" ARs...Now I discovered that the shortest barrel they recommend is a 10"...What is likely to happen if I use it on the 8.5 barrel?

The .45-70 1895 has a straight stock and the base of the tang sight rested right in the web of my hand...it was a great thought but in practice....it sucked...ended up putting a Buckhorn on it....

Nce work...how does it smoke? Back in 20, the wife and I took the SS Badger across Lake Michigan and then drove over to Pipestone Minnesota to the Pipestone National Monument where Kelli can get some Catlinite because of her tribal affiliation...Anyway...this is her Raven Pipe and her pipe bags... If you're taking the trouble to make one, copy a model with windage adjustment. Just a thought. I concur...I have one on one of my Sharps and a Lyman on my 1895 Marlin...which didn't stay there long because while it looked good and worked ok...every time you shot the damn thing you drew back a bloo...

Either one means go see the doctor buddy. Anything over 100 is no bueno. Brother, if my blood sugar is under 100 I'm heading towards trouble in the form of hypoglycemia....I'm cliosely monitored by my Doc, I'm on meds and I run 130 to 150 most days with an A1C of 7...In the end it varies wildly fro...

I got a $20 one from drug mart to start monitoring my blood (changed diet). I thought it was doing good until I had a reading of 190 after dinner. Poked another finger and it was 130. Which ones are accurate? You get what you pay for...my old glucometer did the same thing ...one finger always regis...

A little more to the story....in September of 1969, I was a member of the last basic training cycle to qualify with the M-14 at Fort Knox KY...There wasn't anything about that rifle I didn't love...It's way past time for me to have my own...

Upgrade to my M1A
My M1A National Match came in a Archangel Precision stock...and while it was a shooter, it was just an awkward, heavy set-up...So I got with my friend out in Kansas, looking for a military stock, and as chance would have it...he had a couple...one in like new condition...it showed up a couple of day...
