I have a higher grip than most all the rest of the world. Call it Carney hands. But, you n finger grooves for example, I’m one fidget higher than expected. My middle finger, which is supposed to be in a groove, floats under the trigger guard and the ring finger is on the top groove.

I prefer adjustable sights because I like my bullets going where I want them to. But, you did well. Even if you have to Kentucky Windage.

It’s like a barrel condom! About all it covers!! My fear, that it will be too heavy and lean the gun out because half the gun sticks out above the holster and belt loop. And, that as a field holster, all kinds of dust and debris would get in the gun………because half the gun sticks out above the holste...

My preference would be a MDL 66. But a MDL 60 would be alright if weight and size was a concern.
