Other than being bigger, I didn't notice a big difference. Tasted like an egg. Monday I'll try a couple over medium.
The 'white' part of the egg was thicker in consistency and didn't run as easily when I cracked the egg. The shell was thicker. Took a little more effort to open. She said the yolks will be a lot darker in the summer when they are out eating grass and bugs. They are mostly eating feed now.

They had chicken, cheese, chives, and mushrooms in them. Damn good! Gonna have to mimic those myself.

Every couple weeks my wife and I (if I'm not working) go out to dinner with my older two stepsons. Tonite we went to my wife's favorite pizza shop. It's nice that now they are grown, out of the house, and have good jobs....... they can (and do) pick up a check!
Re: What’s for dinner? Cooking Thread!
I reheated my lil skeezers pizza from last night, adding some more cheese, onions and jalapeños.
It was meh, but it’ll make a turd.

Costco Hot Turkey Provolone sandwich. They don’t make them at Costco anymore so we recreated them at home super easy and super delicious.

The bowling alley I worked beside in the 90's had lunch specials of open faced roast beef or turkey sandwiches with gravy and mashed potatoes. Loved them both. I've had many roast beef (Manhattans) since, but never another turkey.N454casull wrote: ↑Sun Jan 21, 2024 4:30 am Costco Hot Turkey Provolone sandwich. Breakfast on that Blackstone looks fantastic!
I may have to get on soon. The thought of a couple cured ham slices, fresh cut hash browns, and 2 over easy sizzling as the sun rises ahhhh
Next topic: no beans in Texas Chili is settled science. Proponents probably been spending too much time on the 3 way goat sex board.

People from Ohio have zero, ZERO room to talk about chili.
Ohio: home of Skyline “chili”

Re: What’s for dinner? Cooking Thread!
That's down there in Cincinnati. That doesn't count. It's spaghetti sauce!
We've been working on channeling the Ohio River north and giving them to Kentucky.

Pretty well if you lube em up with oil or cooking spray first. The steel ones conduct heat better to cook the edges of the egg and help it set.CPJ 2.0 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 1:54 amHow well do those egg thingys work?bullsi1911 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 12:36 am Chili?
