Good for you to eat some organ meat, has Zee taught you nothing?

I also had salmon tonite. Stepsons took us to Texas Roadhouse. Last time we went there the NY strip that is my usual was terrible. So I got the salmon this time. I'm pretty sure it was raised in a dirty bath tub.....

The reason the NY strip was terrible is because NY strips are terrible.

God created ribeyes. Eat them.

You just don't know how to fix NY strips. It's grilled over mesquite and called carne asada..

One of my patients does south of a couple hundred gallons of syrup a year, he made some sugar out of a batch, boss wants to try it in some rubs

I had some yummy chicken tit with some vegetables. But I’m down over 25 pounds, so it’s worth it.
I think.

I’ve seen a pork belly bbq recipe that used maple sugar. I didn’t ever try it because I couldn’t find maple sugar

Should also work well with ribs in lieu of brown sugar in the rub.

Maple sugar also works great in cocktails that have bourbon in them

If anyone wants some I can put you in touch with the guy. I got it specifically for a cousin that smokes meat for deer camp, they will be into the bourbon at least once with it

Not dinner, but 2 pints of fermented smoked pepper paste. Going to start another batch with more onions and garlic, mix it all together, and bottle it.

One of my wife's Instapot meals. Stew meat and broccoli over rice. The base is sesame oil, soy sauce, and beef stock. Just a pinch of brown sugar.

Forgot until we were finished. Porterhouse with sliced potatoes on grill. Just butter and onions on the potatoes. I had a little spinach and cottage cheese on the side.
