None of it matters. He won’t see a day in jail.

Not only does it not matter, if I didn’t see some thing in person with my own eyes, it didn’t happen.
Between AI and photoshop….i ain’t believing a DAMN thing I see on the internet. Theres right side kooks as well as left side kooks, both will spread their own brand equally.

From what I heard on the news they said he had two guns. If he had no trouble getting cocaine I am sure he would also be able to find a pistol.
Maybe it was his brothers, he did have something else that belonged to him.

It turns out Hunter used his passport to buy the handgun, which doesn't provide his address. But, by law, when you purchase a handgun in Delaware, you have to provide a government-issued identification with your address to prove you're a resident of Delaware to be able to buy that handgun, else they will ship it to a federally licensed dealer in your home state. Meaning: if the shop had done its due diligence, the sale would have been declined. Hunter's still guilty of the the crime, but it turns out the gun shop may be guilty of one, too. Not only that, but the shop doctored their own records after the sale.

He’s still guilty even if the shop messed up.Diver43 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 4:30 pmDid they, or is the reason charges will be dropped?breamfisher wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 1:35 pm It turns out Hunter used his passport to buy the handgun, which doesn't provide his address. I did post it on Facebook and it got my account suspended
I got 180 days to appeal my suspension or they will delete my account. I’m taking my time cause I don’t really care. It might have something to do with me also mentioning his pedophile father taking “inappropriate showers with his daughter”…

Oh, no doubt. I said that in my post. But looks like the shop's got a history of messing up in similar ways in the past. Keep doing that stuff (and have a high profile case thrown in) and you might lose your FFL.CPJ 2.0 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 4:54 pmHe’s still guilty even if the shop messed up.Diver43 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 4:30 pmDid they, or is the reason charges will be dropped?breamfisher wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 1:35 pm It turns out Hunter used his passport to buy the handgun, which doesn't provide his address. Well, thank you for fighting the good fight, there are thousands of Republican boomers out there that are counting on people like you posting unverified pictures of Democrats doing illegal things so that they can keep reposting them ad infinitum. Good job dude, you’re a real American hero.Wambli Ska wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 5:39 pmI did post it on Facebook and it got my account suspended

Lighten up Francis. It was funny and that’s all it was meant to be.

How is it funny?Wambli Ska wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 4:09 pm Lighten up Francis. It was funny and that’s all it was meant to be.
If the photoshop job was giant pink double ended dildo instead a gun that wasn’t actually involved in the story meant to rile up the die hard right, it would be funny.

Ok, I’m man enough to apologize and admit when I’m wrong. Maybe there is some validity to this after all.
