That I agree with. Maybe Kamala will just be their sacrifice and hope that Trump can only do 4 years so they have time to recover. But I also think Bigslug is on point that their strong suit is not forward planing in their bullpen.

I think the Dems believe this election is already over. I would bet they are already planning how to pester Trump more than they did his first four years in office.

Another thing to remember is that Vance is 39. A millenial.

Means if the Republicans win, he has the potential to go for 8 years from 2028 easier than a lot of folks.

One other thing... assuming Trump and Vance get elected, we'll have a boomer and a millennial in office, skipping over Gen X. Which may be the most Gen X thing to happen to Gen X.
