My wife's mother does the TNR to the stray cats in her neighborhood. She tries to find homes for any that are obviously friendly.

This one was wild six hours ago. Only three hours out of trap and my wife can hold it already. She's always wanted an orange cat. Not old enough to tell if it's a boy or a girl.

I used to hate 98% of cats. Now I love 98% of cats. If they are A holes, maybe there’s a good reason. I prefer them to most all dogs. It’s like having a mini tiger in your house. An Apex predator, right in your living room.

The 2% I don’t like? The Toms that killed some little baby kitties at my cousins place. Especially my favorite yellow kitty that was a sweetheart.
They won’t ever cause problems again. Buzzards gotta eat , same as worms.

Pretty sure I’ve seen pics of you with a cat snuggling up to you.

It’s a cutie. Not particularly fond of cats but we had several we adopted and set loose in our barn. Never had to feed them, they kept the mice and rats at bay but were still friendly enough to come to say hi and get petted when we were out tidying stalls. Horse vet gave them their yearly shots and wormed them when he came to take care of the horses. Good symbiotic relationship. Can’t have any in our house, wife is HIGHLY allergic to them.

We have an originally semi-feral cat, got her as a 7 week old kitten, she is pretty cool

Well done! Young enough to totally socialize. Should be a good friend.
WWJMBD?

I believe we should stand on Ceremony. . . while our friends handcuff the sanctimonious little prick and take him away.

I thought my black cat Sammi would be more interested. She carries her little stuffed animals around like kittens and mews loudly. She got a whiff and hasn't looked twice since.

This one however is NOT a happy camper...

Just because I have them. Doesn’t mean I like them.
Wasn’t my choice.

That's the problem with kittens. They all turn into cats!

The saying about orange cats is that they all share the same single brain cell. Turning out to be accurate.
