Yes, but not hunting from it. Yet.
Same place just lighter. And with a dumbass spike 20 yards away. If I would have had my Glock I’d have popped him.

Re: Hunting Pictures Thread
If I don’t get anything this weekend I’ll be coming back next weekend. I’ll be moving my camper because my cousin is renting his land for pasture and the dumbass cows will be poop up my campsite.
so, I’m moving to a field that’s gated. Over looking a cut bean field, I’ll have 600+ yard shots from the camper.

Decent way to hunt, in my opinion.
Tomorrow morning I’ll not even have to leave the comfort of the camper.

All that to watch and nothing too shoot?

Re: Hunting Pictures Thread
All that?
Pffft.
1. Open door.
2. Place tripod outside camper.
3. Snuggle up in the blankey
Easy peasy.
Deer have been on vacation around here. We took 24-25 last year between regular seasons and a depredation permit. I’ve seen groups of 25 plus at night in the beans. But the beans are gone and there’s a bumper acorn crop.
This probably isn’t the best spot to be hunting, however I had to move my camper here because my cousin is renting his pasture and their will soon be piles of cow dookie in my other camping spot. But this spot did produce the most deer last year, so, who knows?
But let’s cut to the important part. I was able to sleep in, and basically roll over and hunt. That’s not a bad way to do it.

Re: Hunting Pictures Thread
Thanks. I do enjoy the micro camper. Especially enjoy having it set up at my cousins place during season.
To “get ready” to hunt I put my rifle in the truck, and drive.
All my crap is in the camper already. Open the door and camp is made.
And I’m reeeeeeeaaaallly liking the tripod. Can be used in many ways from standing to prone to having out of a camper door.
