Can someone PLEASE explain to me why the courts are so worried about bringing an ILLEGAL ALIEN back after he was deported?
Once he goes through the trouble to immigrate here LEGALLY, great, but while he'll still be an illegal when he gets back?
HELL NO!
I'm talking about the one from Maryland that was sent to a prison in El Salvador

To establish a precedent so that each individual subject to deportation receive a trial. That way it requires centuries to schedule the necessary proceedings. That and all the “newcomers” will receive ballots.
