I made a wildcat.
Re: I made a wildcat.
Very close to 9x23 Winchester. You won't have issues with the brass because it is designed for 55,000 psi. the question is how much pressure can the Glock take?
There is skepticism and there is ignorance. Never confuse the two.

This is looking really interesting. That is 7.62x25 velocity with bigger diameter bullets and just a barrel swap.

I have a good selection of reamers, ALL of the most common stuff and I probably would have just bought that one had I known I might need it more than once. I now take magnified before and after pics to cover my ass. The Elk Ridge people are fantastic though.
This would be me.

I think my saving grace so far is the heavy aftermarket slide I'm using. I could probably go for a heavier recoil spring too, just to play it safe. I let my buddy who's helping me with the load workup shoot it today and he wasn't expecting THAT recoil from a glock.

Jeebus, I didnt even consider that. Ive always been a fan of that round but never really liked any of the guns that are chambered for it. I doubt anything will ever come of this caliber besides me having stupid fun messing with it but it's fun nonetheless.bullsi1911 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 19, 2025 2:44 pm This is looking really interesting. Until I need a weird reamer and then I'm calling the fire department lol.

Same. There was a company that was making drop-in barrels for 9mm 1911s in 7.62x25 for a while. Of course, by the time I got the 9mm 1911... they stopped making them.Justsomedude wrote: ↑Sat Apr 19, 2025 9:39 pmJeebus, I didnt even consider that. And another reason I picked up the .327. You can get the Tok performance from some of those loads:
