Oh it’s ok, all the Tacoma driver here in Colorado have man buns, craft brew stickers on the back window, T-shirt's that are one size too small, a tent rack and a couple kayaks that have never been in the water. So, I giggle a little when you say you drive a Tacoma……

Not going to lie. Before I got my Tacoma, I looked at whatever jeep model has the bed. For the price they were asking, I said…….aint no way I can fit gear and dead animals in that bed and for that price, I better fit a damn Buffalo!!!

Even my Tacoma is pushing the limits of loaded down with gear and dead animals and people. Ask Chiro!!

Plus your Toyota will last (at least) twice as long as a Jeep.

To be fair, I miss the hell out of my Wrangler. Was it fun? Hell yes. Loved driving it. Top off, doors off. Leg hanging out the side so the wind could blow up my shorts to cool off my sweaty ballsack.

I'm sure CPJ, Zorba and others remember my li'l ol Tacoma having to pull Jerm's big Crew Cab Ford 4x4 (4x4 was out, according to him ) up the hill @ Jerry's at one of the last SE shoots.

I believe @Zorba even has photo proof


If anyone cares, it's over 200K miles and still running good, dragging my 7k trailer around and has always gotten me where I want/need to go, and more importantly, gotten me back home afterwards.
I've only needed to use the rear diff lock ONCE. and that time I had 1 front and one rear tire off the ground. Locked the diff and drug the front tire out of the hole it fell in which put the other rear tire back on the ground too,
