This one has a self cleaning nozzle. Or rather you turn it to clean and it sprays its self on the poo shield. Bonus nachos, as you turn the knob to clean it also changes the dangle angle of the water jet. You get probably a 1.5” or so range from front to back. So you don’t have to hover around to get the whole ass. Or the ass hole.

I won't lie, maybe it's our water pressure or maybe this thing just has the jet of a super soaker but you better have a calloused anus if you're even thinking about turning this thing on high lol.

No. But depending on how your cheeks are spread it has a “deep clean” setting.

We are at a cancer benefit concert. My wifes boss is one of the organizers. There's more than a few people here smoking.

Maybe they didn't get the memo?

There are two undefeated things in this world, death and gravity. Some folks say "death and taxes" but technically, you can get away from taxes, if you're willing to face the consequences.

I’m not a health nut, but I’ve cleaned up my eating and lost 20 pounds. Feels much nicer not dragging around what amounts to roughly two gallon jugs around my gut. I can see my wiener again without stretching it out, or bending forward. (Bending at the waist, not bending my wiener. I digress) I can cut my toe nails and not get winded. Appendix carry is back. Back, feet, knee, and overall pain is far less. Just 30 more pounds to go. Want to be at 160-ish. Got as fat as 225. Not good at 5’8”. Gonna prolong the inevitable wear on all my joints. I can eat what I want, just not ALL I want. Calories in VS calories out. Kind of annoying keeping track, but not as annoying as the Beetus. Taking shots and losing limbs don’t sound like all that much fun. Will I die of nothing? Nope. Probably a heart attack or cancer. Seems like the in thing to die of these days. May get smashed by a semi tomorrow on my motorcycle.

A coworker caught the Brimley, pretty easy to fix it….quit being fat. Easier to take pills I suppose.

Couple coworkers take the Ozempic (or similar). Are they skinny? Yes.

Do they look healthy?

I wish I could take ozempic. I took it for a while and it was doing a good job on my blood sugar and I did lose some weight but it started making me sick and I had to quit.

A1c was creeping higher over the past 2 years as was my weight and bp.

I got an awakening after only a couple weeks visiting family. Mostly eating non processed foods, and garden grown vegetables lowered carb intake but not to keto levels, quit eating hi temp fried anything. Cut rice, cereals, commercial bread, fruit juice, potatoes, most of the pasta, anything with corn in it, and high sugar fruit. I have steak, burgers without the bun, pork chops, omelettes, salmon, cod, added more green spinach, garden green beans, garden leaf lettuce and romaine, avacado, lots of hatch chilies, walnuts, heavy cream in coffee, and lately buffalo burger on the grill with some mushrooms. Cut back chicken and turkey with all the added hormones and antibiotics. Soon ill have some elk from a few hunters i know.

Lost about 8 lbs in 2wks from 255 to 247. Now 230 after continuing. Under 200 is the goal. Bp down, A1c will improve in 2-3 months and then i look forward to eliminating half or more prescriptions for bp, cholesterol and wear jeans I wore in 20’s.

It Best part is i dont miss anything i gave up and it works!

I’m afraid I’d miss the pasta.

And the breads.

And the potatoes.

Been there doing that! That is the way my wife and I have ate for a long time. Now if I could only get some exercise without pain I could lose 10 or 15 lbs. That or I could give up beer....not!

I had a Doctor that ate meso and sometimes plain chicken. He died before 60.

Got another Dr. He called me fat at every check up. He died before 60.

I need to lose weight (@ 230#) before my knees or back go. Not so much for living longer.

I think im doing great DOWN to 230
I have a small vertical crack in the tibia thats knee to ankle about 1/2 in long at the knee end thats causing a lot of problems. So the concern over knees is justified. Knee joint proves that evolution failed! Everyone i know is getting knees fixed!

Yeah, no.

I'm not the smallest bear on the planet, and I got into the 280's Now 226-232 depending on if I took a massive or not. Stuck there for a while, screwing up a shoulder and getting Lyme AGAIN, along with going to a lot of matches has cut into the workout stuff. I want to see 220. I will be a pretty hard old guy at that weight. For reference I left Parris Island at 193, 43 years ago. IAW the BS BMI says I was overweight then and obese now 31%. Going by a photo estimator, high teens to low 20's. Have a doc that reads charts, and a friend doc who says they are BS for anyone who has actual muscle.
My uncle has been on the needle for life and is real thin. Father went on the needle, sister is on the needle, I am holding with pills and diet. When I dropped 40+ lbs, my A1C went up and day to day sugar stayed the same. Was on Rybelsys and will be again after I can get to a health care plan that is functional. That is the pill form of Ozempic and dropped my A1C by 2 pts. Expensive as hell though.
