I have to give Hornaday Manufacturing a pat on the back. I needed as small primer shuttle and seater punch for my Ammo Plant. The lady that answered the phone was the nicest person that I've talked to in a long time. All she needed was the serial number and the parts are on the way. All compliments of the Hornaday warranty.
I just had to pass on the good experience from one of our hobbies companies..

Edit to add....I ordered these parts shortly after lunch. I didn't pay attention to the time. I just checked my e-mail and at 2:39 pm I was notified the parts have shipped. This has to be a record!!!
In a few days I'll let you know if I got the correct parts....
