What’s everyone cooking for the 4th?

Post by bullsi1911 »

We will be doing smash burgers and hotdogs on the blackstone with some backed beans and a few other sides. Pics to come when that all gets running.

I love me some smash burgers, but burgers on FYKG Day should be grilled over charcoal.

Wife’s out of town, I’m repairing my ceiling that fell in during a rain storm. Not sure what I’ll cook.

But I am gonna go shoot. Way better than fireworks.

We're having steamed tofu with a lovely organic kale salad.

Screw that. I'm grilling burgers over charcoal. Like George Washington and Ben Franklin would do.

No idea. Replacing some fascia and soffit at my son’s house.

Will probably be fast food if some sort.

We had ribeyes, toasted french bread & blue cheese fondue, and corn on the cob.... Yesterday.

Stepson shot off a couple hundred bucks worth of fireworks before the thunderstorms got here. I was afraid the cats were going to be traumatized. All those little turds sat at the screen door and watched.

Just wife and I tonight. Making French bread pizzas.

Tomorrow my wife is going to make a couple pans of lasagna (with her home made sauce) and garlic bread at her mothers house for her family.

Ribs on the grill with homemade peach bourbon BBQ sauce , sriracha corn on the cob also on the grill, pineapple and apple pie. Bells American Amber ale, Makers Mark and ice tea are on the table.
