Dont know when it was available but it is a “new model superblackhawk which is the version with the transfer bar among other differences.
Ruger has a long history of convertible revolvers.
It’s almost a no brainer for them. I have a New Vaquero birds head 3.5” in .45 acp and I’m constantly on the lookout for a NV cylinder in .45 Colt to go with it.
