@cpj that scope looks to be a mile above the bore. Seems to produce good results - any thoughts on that much delta between bore and scope?

So sometimes you visit friends. Those “friends” take you to their LGS. They show you a scope. They say that the guy behind the counter would probably let you walk outside and see how it looks. He does. You get TRICKED into buying a new scope you weren’t planning on buying. You have no 30 mm rings, and you’re 12 hours from home. But your friend hooks you up with some, and we don’t look gift horses in the mouth.

They’ve since been swapped.

The Gen 1 is what you’d consider a budget rifle. The Gen 2 is actually really damn nice. The factory stock sucks, but so do 95% of all factory stocks. And 100% in this price point.

Those old army’s are way cool! My dad has one you can stuff a wad of BP behind a 457 ball. Too much fun!

You need to do some “science” with that! I can tell you that a 47 grain round ball pushed by 40 grains of 3f will anchor a big raccoon with a well placed shot like a lightning bolt!

That’s my brother’s Mini collection. He loves the platform.

I love the police evidence room one that is a complete Fallout style BFPU. The top of the gas block is like screen door aluminum, with a screen shim in it. And it works 100%
