FPC offers to help Hunter Biden with his legal woes

Post by CPJ 2.0 »

Total gangster move, using an anti gunners son as a way to destroy gun laws.

🤣

That is brilliant. Just imagine the only lasting accomplishment with the Biden name on it being a court case that took down gun control.

Adding “Biden” to the list of names like Bruin and Heller. LOL

CPJ, wasn't it you on the old forum who said something along these lines?

"I don't care if you choose to walk down Main Street, coked to the gills, stark naked, with a flamethrower strapped to your back. Until you point that flamethrower at me, we don't have a problem".

I've been maintaining pretty much forever that if we're going to have a society that runs on the premise of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms SHALL NOT be Infringed, and that same society deems you unsuitable for firearm ownership, then that society has an obligation to either lock you up or chop off your head. The whole system of background checks to determine if somebody who is allowed to walk the streets qualifies reeks of "guilty until proven innocent". Last I checked, that isn't how our nation's charter was written.

Being charged with lying on a 4473 form would seem a pretty clear violation of the 5th Amendment, and how that has not been plain as day since the damned thing was initiated in the late 1960's is a source of much bafflement.

So yeah. . .the thought of using defense of an anti-gunner's dope fiend son to bring down the whole anti-gun house of cards has a certain sense of karmic symmetry.
WWJMBD?

I believe we should stand on Ceremony. . . while our friends handcuff the sanctimonious little prick and take him away.

I dont recall saying it, but I agree with it.
Same with restoring rights to felons who have served their time. If they are safe enough to be let back into the world, then they are safe enough to own firearms. And vote. Have ALL their rights restored.

The older I get, the more Im on the side of fudge anyone who infringes on rights. Even if those who are being infringed are worthless scumbags.

Yep.

The proper Republican response would be to NOT push for prosecution on this charge; NOT let it get called a "Republican-led witch hunt"; and simply come out saying "we've been telling you these laws are unconstitutional for years - case closed. Besides, there's plenty of other stinky stuff here that we can poke at"

My question is how do they determine that Hunter was actually on drugs at that time? Because he says it in his book doesn't prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt in my mind. For that to happen, I would have to see a positive drug test dated at the time of the incident for me to even think about voting for a conviction. Beyond that, it seems like speculation to me.

How the hell do you even try to prosecute that?

Oh... and all of this is a moot point. Daddy holds the pardon pen. If Joe runs and wins, decides to drop out, or loses... on or before November 6th, 2024 Hunter gets a pardon for any and all federal charges.

I'm an anarchist but besides that, it cracks me up to see the same folks yelling "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" cheering on Hunter being pursued with legal action. I despise hypocrisy the older that I get.

May not be so much hypocrisy as it is a feeling of “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. “

True, but most people seem to be politically hypocritical when it comes to what they want.
