I'm a bit late, but I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. This is going to sound blasphemous, but we had a great turkey dinner using Boarshead turkey cold cuts sliced very thick, simmered in McCormick gravy, Stovetop stuffing, baked potatoes and green beans, with home made ice cream and Rugelah for dessert. It was delicious and a lot less trouble and effort. We did this because we had no company and there was only 3 of us, so why go through all that mess?
