I think it was Ross Seyfried who said "Cape Buffalo wake up in a foul mood and get angrier as the day goes on".
They look like they've been up for a bit.

That fence actually keeps them in? Or is that to keep two legged critters out.

Thanks. There were 9 does 2 spikers and 2 big bucks in the group. The other buck was younger and slightly bigger but I could see that this one was starting to go back so decided to take him.

Woke up this Bull Snake with a “bucket of water” when I turned on the irrigation. Seems he had been sleeping in the pipes.

fudge around and find out.
Don't be sneaking into the garage while I'm in here stealing the cat food, else you get the dead blow hammer.

The segmented CCI subsonics are more fun, though the segmented Mini-Mags are subsonic from a 6" barrel.
Have had a few raccoons and possums FAFO similar.
Also I haven't had a segment exit and damage the deck yet

It’ll work better with a platform of plywood attached.
Don’t question it, just do it. You’ll thank me later.

I like the idea, but my general clumsiness coupled with Murphy’s law and it is a metal on metal noise fest followed by a tirade of E Lee Ermy string of expletives as a 30 pointer bounds away

Yeah, so that’s wood. It will be quieter.

And it’s connected in place.
