That one actually didn’t smell at all. Maybe got lucky. Maybe shooting a sow is the way to go. But it didn’t smell bad. And was pretty good eating. The picture of me and Jerm standing behind the griddle earlier in this thread, that was some of the leftover javelina meat Jerm was cooking up for dinner.

Looks good like that, did you just run some screws or are the skulls on a mount?

I ordered a couple of inexpensive mounts on Amazon. Something I could make easily enough, but saved the time for these two.
