Grinding dry chiles, seeds in or out?

The lime and salt are good. The rest are wayyyyy too sweet… I have a bunch in the shop fridge. For guests..

That was my take at first. Then I finally wrapped my head around the fact that they are not “beer” but something else, and I began appreciating them for what they are. Kind’a like the way Oat “milk” grew on me…

Even the lime and salt Modelos are a bit strong to me. I found that mixing one of those with one regular beer over ice is a pretty refreshing sipping beer.
