Thanks, Pretty sure this'll cover me

Will find out shortly. Stopped at Aldi's on my way home from my first hyperbaric treatment. The had some "Pub Buger" patties, for a change, so wife pick up some. Going to cook them on the Blackstone, and instead of fries I'm going to fix some "Scattered, smothered and covered" HBs

Wife had to go with me for my first treatment per hospital policy. There's a chance hyperbaric treatment can affect you vision for a few hours, so until they know it doesn't affect mine, I had to have a driver just in case. The fact that this was my 9th time in a chamber didn't matter to them (2x as a "bent" diver back in the 90s and 6 times as a dive medic when I worked off-shore back in the "oughts"

Corn. Fresh, canned, frozen. Whatever, as long is it’s off the cob. A blob of pig fat, on a hotter’n frig griddle. Whatever seasoning you prefer on the corn. Dump it on and get it good and blackened. Good shtuff.
