Evidently we don't have limits

Quite a progression
I am thinking of a neco wafer dispenser

Reminds me of the local post easter peep shoot
Peeps on a 2x2. 10 ft to start 10 peeps on on the board 10 shots
2 points peep knocked off the board 1 point peep hit
Low score is out at the end of the round
Backup 5 ft each new round
Continues until only 1 shooter left
Everyone uses the same gun a Daisy Red Ryder
Winner gets to keep the bb gun till next year’s peep shoot

We've gotten so carried away with what started as a target stand.
It's going to be a full blown mobile shooting gallery.
Ideas for spinners keep popping up.
A tire = great spinner material.
Anything is a target at this point
Caps water bottle Gatorade powder cans all = explosive or easy replacement targets.
Were saving room for what will be a moving golf ball target.
Just think of what you can do with pvc and hot wheels track to get an idea.

My son found threaded rod out in the shed.
I also had more spare jackstands .
We decided to use it for a quick set mainly handgun setup

Some of you guys expressed interest so I'll try and show how easy one can be made.

You need something for the bases.
I used jackstands but pvc can work.
Eyelets....multipack at HD was 13 dollars for 25
Dowel screws for cool spinners.
I used threaded rod as a nut on the inside and outside keeps the eyelets on and it can just detach

Pretty much anything can be used at that point.
Junk wheels became quite attractive

Definitely cheap
Targets can be as big or small as you like
Reactive so fun
You can put anything from a grape to potatoes on for explosive fun
Could place those little target spots on anything.

I have zillions of old shotgun shells that just need to be shot up.
We hardly ever shoot them......for fun
Biggest reason is in my opinion is that
Shotgun targets suck as you always need to reset them.

A shotgun target is next.
Definitely have some fun ideas on that.

Where it stands now........ It is not done yet
The plan is to use eyelets on the threaded rod for target hangers.

We dud impromptu test it today.
Yes it spins
Yes it doesn't get knocked over
It waa a succes
I brought the Remington out for the test

Thanks
Luckily it survived unscathed by an old paper whatzit shell that turned out to be buckskot.

00 by my calculation...😆
The cringe factor afterward was intense.

Shotguns will now be added to the rotation.
Fire off a lot of shells that would never get used otherwise.

We basically built a tree with branches.
Any sort of hanger can work on the branches
Eye hooks, clips, bungy cords, pretty much anything is game.
Simple wire even.
Easy change etc.

We like spinners etc so a mower idler pulley was used to hold branches.
When that branch gets hit it rotates to others.

Bought a few boxes of these. Saw them being used as pellet gun targets. Many ideas for holding them. They are about as loud as a firecracker. Great fun for all kinds of reasons.
Laws vary from state to state, but if you don’t live in a lame ass area, you should get some.

Those look like fun.
I Probably couldn't get them though.
Be neat to incorporate where it would pop something in the air...my first thought.

Still an easy target but random movement anyway.
Incorporated from you.

I liked it enough to put on the shotgun one too.
With shotgun targets of course.
