Canik Mete MC-9

I have a Canik don’t even remember which one it is. It’s in the box in the safe never been shot. I’ve heard many a good review of them from friends, they were on sale a couple Black Friday’s ago for a very good price so I bought it and stuck it in the back of the safe where it lives a peaceful life.

Nephew has one in FDE. Seems like a nice gun.

I'm with CPJ on ambi controls. My R-51 has an ambi magazine release and I'm always pressing the thing from the right side with my firing grip. I probably should get another release button, file down the right side of it flush, and install it.

This one is not automatically ambi on the slide release. You have to change it.

This conversation was enough for me to get my ass over to Numrich and order another mag release button for the R51 to modify.
