I have had a stomach flu bug for 3 days. I finally got to eat a regular meal tonight. It sure feels good to be normal again. Hey maybe those ups workers will go to work for usps. I know they are short on employees.

Video of part of the machining process for the knives I’m making.
My good friend is helping me. I’ve very much resisted a lot of help from him, because I need to learn how to program the machine on my own. He said he would just give me an example. Yeeeeaaaaahhhh. A little more than an example. He had the whole thing almost totally done in like 20 minutes. But, I can see how he did things. So that’s a helpful example. Most likely be machining some this weekend.

I have a problem. For some reason I want a flintlock rifle or a 1863 Remington pocket pistol. I've added the Remington to my cart twice and even got so far as to almost confirm the sale because my senses kick in and I remind myself that I NEVER go shooting anymore. The joy comes from sitting down in front of the TV and fondling my new purchases but I can't justify a 400 purchase. Fugggg

Dude, order the flintlock, fondle the new purchase, then shoot the TV. Seems a simple solution

I enjoy a good fondling while watching TV also. It’s better when I’m not the one doing the fondling however.

I've mastered the left hand, cellphone hold that can fast forward and rewind while righty is occupied.

Big Boi Cutty in process. Have to start somewhere, and that’s in making the holes that will be used to hold on the scales/hold it to the fixture.

Kind of a mashup between the sharpfinger and the Clever girl. I like it!
Is this a one off or will there be some available for purchase? What are you thinking regarding a sheath?

It’s a slightly bigger Sharpfinger blade wise. Handle is about a pinky width longer also. But it was 100% based on the Sharpfinger. My goal is to make a few. First five are spoken for. Assuming everything goes well. If they go well, I’ll likely make some more to sell
Sheaths….they will get one. 😬 That’s about I’ll I’ll say. I will NOT be making leather ones, I’m out of that hobby (donated the tools) and have no desire to. Kydex, possibly. Some random cheapo I find, most likely.
But, I know a guy that you know, what makes leather bits and bobs.

Well if there ends up being extras, let me know. An SJS Sharpfinger would be pretty cool!
