Nothing nearby there but a spruce and I trimmed that, Camera is strapped to an old cedar stump, might be some spider web junk floating in the breeze, but, first time I have ever seen it on the camera.

Either a web, or some sort of insect is my guess, unless you have sage grass in the area. In that case, it could POSSIBLY be some "seed fluff" that happened to land there, before getting blown off again. :?: :?:

Per Google
"Sage grass" most likely refers to broomsedge bluestem, a type of perennial grass known for its reddish-brown to bronze color, especially in the fall and winter. It's also sometimes called sagegrass or broomgrass.
