50” bull hit by a pickup, driver did not want it so the first guy on the DNR’s road kill list got it, the guy in the picture, same neighborhood as our hunting shack. Cousin-in-law posted the picture and a deer camp full of skeptics and photoshop experts weighed in but it is on the DNR’s list of roadkills, so I am posting it as confirmed

If I was still alive after hitting a moose like that, I’d have a shoulder mount done and the the remains of the front cap of my truck cut off and hung on the wall beside it or under it.

Truck pictures would be interesting, I knew a guy that got killed when he hit one win a Ranger or S-10, I can’t remember, took the roof off

Slice the breast skin from bottom top to bottom. Peel it to the side exposing the breasts. Take a thin knife and cut down the breast bone, remove the meat.
Take the rest and feed to the coyotes.

Some shots from my blind. This is nothing compared to the castle or lower blind. This will be the last years we can hunt here, they're posting it off limits so they can drill 4 fracking wells. After five years it will be a hunting lease. we're contacting the owners right now so we can get it back. the day finished extending my blind by 26 inches I got the news. I'm glad I designed the stands, mine and the castle, to be hauled in on a truck and assembled. It will make taking them down easy. We just don't know where to hunt in the or the next five years. We're spoiled!

The castle has 9-20 yard wide spokes cut out to 200 yards. Mine and the lower blind are in the woods. All have heat, office chairs and food.
