The ones who have tried Crocs are the enlightened ones.

Enlightened ones are barefoot. Desperate times call for sandals and chanclas.

Tape is added to the fixture and the micarta. Superglue them together.
In theory….it holds tight. Sometimes the parts lift and it comes off. Instant trash. Sometimes you do a dumb and tell the machine wrong commands. And tools break. All part of it.

Socks are required when doing machine work in the garage. Need to leave one pig still breathing for the field test on the throat cut, that picture will cut a 1000 blanks

It’s obvious that you have never worked with Z and his camera. You don’t know what you’re missing until he says “no no rub some more grease on your belly.”

Whole bunch of fail resulted in a whole bunch of win. Finally. These scales whipped my ass. From dumb programming goofs to straight out dumbing in a no dumbing area.
The fixture and process isn’t as dialed as it could be, but it’s making parts reliably.

Speaking of robots. Added another one. This thing is faasssttt. Also has self height adjustment. The other one will still get used too, but I have plans to make money with these.

I dont have any experience with the Bambu brand but have heard they are really good. But, for what I need this one is fantastic. It printed the little test boat in 15 minutes and the print itself is perfect, compared to the hour it took my Ender 3 to do. I printed up my percussion caps and they're nearly as dimensionally correct as factory metal percussion caps.
