only 14 weeks? Impessive. It's take over 2x that for each of mine. Normally 8-9 months

I’ve pleased The Crown, and 14 weeks after application I’ve been given permission to own a can.
Congratulations........Are you going to make your own?

I’ve heard NEXT DAY approvals if you’re doing one as an individual. Trusts take longer.

No. Had I found a design that I KNOW would work good, I’d probably have done it. But I’d be more or less doing an experiment that I couldn’t really legally play around with. Also I’ve been a bit…..impulsive this year. fudge it, let’s buy it!
I probably will for .22 LR, they are much more forgiving.

Some progress pics of the ARCA rails. Powder coat is almost dialed on this one, I’ve done five of the smaller ones to more or less practice. Some fudge ups, and small tweaks, but it’ll work for my rifle. I REALLY don’t like bead blasting away a cool looking machined finish, but, if you want powder coat tk stick that’s what’s you do.

That's like going into an empty public restroom with 20 urinals and a guy comes in and uses the one right next to you. I watched my dad go off on a guy because of that years ago. Can't remember where it was but I was washing my hands as dad was still taking a leak when a guy walked in and went to the urinal next to him. He lit his ass up 😆

I caved today and ordered some primers. I have enough for a while of most but I was low on small rifle. I got an email today for cci for $70, not cheap but better than they were. Depending on how the election goes this might be a good deal or not but too late now.

@KS
I watch prices for 22 and 9mm. Right now both are at or near 2 year lows. At the same time copper and other raw materials are at highs. Real inflation is double digits.

I just ordered a couple year supply of 9 and 22. I don’t think current levels hold much longer. I go through well over 100rds / week mixed. I only count 22 and 9 even though i occasionally shoot 45 ACP and .308 but far fewer

I don’t reload so haven’t watched component pricing too closely
Should primers drop further buy more but I suspect you bought at a great price.

I have been buying some 22 whenever I have a little cash and I am at my lgs. I am lucky that he has 22 about as cheap as I can order it and I can get a box or 2 at a time. I would like to have some more 22 mag, I have been working on that.

Just completed another job around the house that makes me want to assault the previous homeowner.

The guy was a half-assed DIYer and butchered literally everything that he did (which he was real proud of.)
I decided to peel the caulking out of both bathrooms and redo it because of mold and mildew. Downstairs bathroom was fairly easy with the right tool.

Upstairs bathroom the dìckhead used liquid nail as caulking. Took me about 3 hours to remove about 9' of it.

Mouth breathing pricks at UPS managed to “lose” my 24” AR barrel, and delivered an empty box.

The people at bear creek arms need to learn how to pack a box to prevent a barrel from poking out the end of a box when it’s thrown around by the mentally retarded worked at UPS.
