FARTing triggers….are not machine guns

Post by CPJ 2.0 »

Forced reset trigger “rule” gets kicked in the cock by a Texas judge.

Think the FRT triggers are stupid and pointless? Cool. That’s not the point. The point is people who enforce the laws don’t get to make the laws. The bump stock ban was HEAVILY discussed by Judge O'Connor in his opinion, because it’s the exact same issue as the FRT. It’s worth the listen to hear how eloquently he describes why he ruled the way he did.

Whats a forced reset trigger? Makes an AR shoot faster blah blah blah. You can have a Google of them if you wish.

All these challenges. It's almost like we should have fought the battle at bump stocks rather than fight all of these battles. It's even possible the bump stock issue is far more important than bump stocks. It might even be possible that we might want to have a President that is 100% for gun rights, rather than one that cedes ground on the issue the first time a tough moment comes up, and by doing so empowers the next guy to use the same tactics. Maybe.
