Doesn't biden's desire to "remake" SCOTUS kind of fly in the face of the whole "separation of powers" as set forth in the Constitution?

I believe it would take an ammendment to the Constitution at the very least.

I think they know that too. I don't think they care if it's grounded in any sort of reality As long as it appeals to the "LGBTQ for hamas" crowd.

He can suggest an amendment and get someone in Congress to sponsor the amendment. Kind of like how Obamacare came to be. Doesn't violate separation of powers, as he has to find someone in Congress to put it forth in the Senate and the House.

But it's not going to happen. He doesn't have the votes. He knows it, he's just mad that recent rulings didn't go his way.

Pretty much anything from any politician at this time is an election year nothing burger. The more extreme, the bigger the burger.

Like the SHUSH act that was introduced /reintroduced by a republican looking to garner votes by removing silencers from the NFA. Nothing burger!
It didn’t happen when we had full control, (remember kids, republicans are the ANSWER!) it damn sure won’t happen now.

It actually pisses me off that he’s wasting tax dollars.

Ummm, as a state governor you don’t really have any power to do that. But thats a cool slogan I guess.
