Just checked on some stuff that was on my wish list, and the prices on most everything has gone up some. At least 10% or more. Not definitive, by any means, but....

I wonder if they thought the election was going to go the other way and adjusted prices for panic buying?

I don't know. I do know that I can buy "firsts" Hornady 7mm 139 SPs cheaper than seconds of the same bullet

Midway used to be the only place I’d buy. Then
I’d check other places first. Now it’s the last option. They had great service, which then turned into decent. Then their prices and shipping went up, more than others.

Gun manufacturers, ammo makers, powder makers, shooting sports retailers, and component makers had a bad night. They do not get to fear monger for another four years.

Bump stock makers beware though.

Any favorite alternatives to Midway? I’ve bought misc parts from them and service was always very good.

I don't even check Midway anymore. I prefer Brownells by a long shot.

And gunsmiths. It took me a bit to realize it but when there was/is political turmoil, I've always seen an uptick in customers.
