Had to match just about all my other SAs. And eBay is evil. Got to get that vintage Indian stag before it becomes unobtaium!!!
The stuff is bringing almost ivory prices nowadays so when I see a deal I have to get it.

Nice guns! Not gonna lie, stag grips are about the ugliest grips out there besides mother of pearl.

Always appreciate your unvarnished opinion. I just grew up watching too many Cowboy movies. Could always go for John Wayne yellow plastic grips

Very nice! I like Stag but prefer the Ivory look myself. Can't afford Stag or real Ivory so I've opted for the Altamont faux Ivory.
I know they are not for everyone but I like the look and feel.

I prefer the ivory look as well. Or buffalo horn. Or red wood.

Stag looks good on knife handles when done right.

I believe Wambli has stag horn flush handles

Ever seen that video that’s going around of the little kid who shoots himself in the pecker with a nerf gun and starts crying? That’s what the guy who put those crappy grips on my gun should have done with it right after putting those grips on it… That was the worst thing I’ve ever seen on a gun like that…

My one and only MOP, don't absolutely love them but this belonged to my dad and had these grips as far back as I can remember so they will stay. My only set of stag on a single six from 1959 which I believe may be original to the gun.
