Wait, they were open bolt semi autos? If so, these have been classified as NFA items for a while now because they're easily converted. And if so, how the hell did he purchase and transfer them as a typical GCA purchase?

It wasn't that long ago that they moved them to NFA. '96 maybe? I had a friend with an OB semi mac-10
