I know the storm system that came through here yesterday also wreaked havoc over a large swath of the country.
Figured I'd start a thread for other folks in the path of it to check in.
All good here.

Nothing happened HERE, but a few miles east is where it picked up. Ping pong ball sized hail, etc. we just had moderately hard rain.

Further south and east wasn’t as lucky. They had tornados. Last I heard there were 12 people killed.

I’m about 30 miles SE of St Louis, that is Illinois unfortunately. Helluva hail storm and extreme winds. Could have been way worse and I count my blessings. What got broke I can fix.

We had a tornado watch today. Had some strong wind and pea sized hail. Coulpe hundred homes in the county are without power. We had some flickering of lights but we never lost power.

Some good thunder storms came through this afternoon but were short lived. Hard rain and high winds, no damage NE of Pittsburgh.

Glad you're okay too.

They're saying it appears there were 16 tornado tracks here in Alabama, but they're still awaiting "official" NWS confirmation.
Closest to any of my family were my parents and roughly 5 miles away, and oldest granddaughter, in Troy AL, at around 1-2 miles.
Nearest to me was ~10 miles
