WOW!!!! That Marlin would be sweet but just about all my 25-35 loads have pointy bullets  I have a Sako Vixen in .223 otherwise that might be tempting as well.

I have an abundance of 222 ammo so I'm tempted on the Sako.
Be what less than a 300 dollar gun if you deducted the scope.

I may
But I already have a triple duece that's a tackdriver so no need and like keeping the gun fund solvent.
If the one I have wasn't then it would already be here.
Super accurate guns I keep.

Great price on the Marlin but they were never chambered in .25-35 Win. It's probably a .25-36 Marlin.
The 25-35 is a necked down .30-30 and the 25-36 is a necked down/shouldered .32-40. The 25-35 can be chambered and fired in the .25-36 but not the other way. The 25-36 is about 1/16" longer.
