My oldest son just spent the last 2 years in south east Texas. His favorite gun to plink with was an older Henry that was just the plain black model. So as a good job welcome home present I got him a Golden Boy and used our laser engraver to do the stock. We do a ton of engraving as part of another business we own but have never done a gun stock. A little nerve wracking getting it all lined up but, it turned out pretty good I think.

Thanks everyone. It definitely turned out pretty cool I think and will be a special gun for him the rest of his life. I wanted it to be a cool gun and the engraving nice and simple. But still a gun he would be able to shoot as often as he wants. I think it fits the bill perfectly.
