Love the hat with the Bernie button, fishy AF. And quite frankly a single shot rifle with a home made suppressor seems a little nefarious…

So is the reporter this ignorant or just writing a story ignoring the facts to serve their purpose. I thought there is a wind meter in the picture which I don't know the usefulness of that shooting 300blk.

The Hornady ammo in the pic is supersonic. They only list varying quantities (20, 50, 150) of the same 125gr FMJ @ 2175fps load in their Frontier line.
Fiocchi makes both subs and supers in their Range Dynamics line, so can't say what it is.

I'm more worried about the ability of people to figure something out and come to a factual conclusion on their own.

We could have made good use of a single shot 12 gauge against one-way drones...

In all fairness, the rifle is black. That's usually enough to qualify it as military style and kinda 'assault-ish'.

He might get 6 years just for the hat alone.

I guess if the Maynard Carbine of 1858 is your reference, then I suppose a break open single shot is "military style".
