Guy at work has one and likes it. I like the idea of the modular fire control group, allows one to swap frames if one is so inclined.
At one point I would have said “it’s a sure bet. It’s a Ruger. “
Now I’d say “if anyone could fudge up a time proven simple design, it’s Ruger. “
But hell, you can print a Glock on a $300 3D printer in your garage successfully. Surely they didn’t louse it up that bad.

Why not just get an original G19 for the same $
When the price drops to 400 or less maybe its a deal?

That printed pistol won't have a warranty or trained factory workers putting it together.

My son has one. I’ve shot it. It’s ok. The only Glock I’ve shot is my G44 so I can’t say anything about how one shoots compared to the other.
I see them fairly regularly for $379. I’m pretty sure that’s what my son paid right after they came out.

It may also blow up after 50 rounds. But, it can be done. So you’d assume Ruger could do it.
Of course, you’d assume Ruger could deburr an American rifle action, not leave CHUNKS of metal inside, make an LC9 NOT lock up the slide after 50 rounds, or get the bolt hole spacing on a 10-22 Charger correct. (the same spacing it’s been since before I was born)
That describes 3 out of 4 of my latest Ruger purchases.
But, that’s what ASSumptions get you.

I’m curious if they took Glock clone parts and shoved it inside a FCM, or, if they thought they knew better than Sir Horsecum himself (RIP) and decided to Rugerfy the internals.
If it’s not Glock parts, it’s a hard pass from me. And for the money they are asking, that’s knocking on the door of new Glock money, and over police trade in Glock money.
If I wanted a Glockish pistol, I’d go with the PSA clone. Or what I did with the C&A armory frame.

I haven't shot one yet, but I am curious. Especially since MagPul has the Glock 17 sized grip module available now. Actual OTD street price (I'm seeing them all over for $350+tax) is about $150 less than a Glock MOS Blue Label, plus with the mounting system I don't have to budget another $75 for a suitable mounting plate, so it's more like $200 savings.
Allegedly it takes all Glock Gen 3 components. Trigger bits, barrel, etc...

Nope, I have not looked at anything plastic in a while and just said to myself, "Oh WOW, another Glock clone I have to get!".
Took Zee about 10+ years to convince me to find a Glock I liked and it took me like 5-6 tries but I did. That's about the extent of my foraging into the CC plastic world needs to go. I can already feel the hatred coming at me from the 1911s gathering dust in my safe. Don't need to make it worse by putting another plastic gun to bed with them in there.

I was recently reminded by some of my range buds that Glocks and others of that ilk are polymer if you own one or more. if you do not own one they are plastic. In the company of Glock owners they are to be referred to as polymer.

You know keeping 1911’s out of the daylight for longer than 3 days at a time is bad karma. Could be disastrous in the afterlife. Toting around big caliber cowboy revolvers is just not going to atone for such sin!

Hummmm, something to think about. The problem is that every once in a while I take my Kimber Ultra Raptor out for a walk but I always feel like Zee will be jumping out of a bush somewhere going AHA!!!! What are you doing!!!!!

JAPP. Just Another Plastic Pistol.
There's a big industry trying to spring up around the perceived "problems" of the Glocks. At the end of the day, we're typically given something that has the same striker-fired sponge in the trigger, more mechanical complexity, and some shiny fishing-lure-made-to-catch-fishermen-rather-than-fish baubles like recoil porting, sexy slide serrations, or a different grip. Or we're given P320's that blow up in your holster.
Those of us merely wanting pistols that work and are easy to keep working quit looking.

I'm surprised someone hasn't reintroduced the "Luger" with a plastic frame...

If you saw my employer's on time record, you might recalculate your odds.
