Well, whether or not you remember me from the old forum (make_my_day) or the now defunct FB Guns and Ammo page (Noel Kemper), I managed to find my way here through Paul Johnson. Nice to be back with one of my favorite groups of people. I got caught up in trying to pursue a workers compensation case left over from the old days on the cops. I hurt my back a year and a half ago and wasted time trying to use Medicare and 2nd insurance, when W.C. is primary in my case. Of course finding a doctor in Florida to treat a W.C. injury from New York is near impossible. I have been spending a lot of time on the phone and emails, and was very distracted from my other life to be on other internet venues. I finally got surgery, but right now I am trying to get physical therapy, but W.C. insurance is jerking me around again. Anyway, it's good to be here again.

Sorry to hear about your medical issues but damn glad to have you back buddy! it has a been a looooong time.

Its hot in the Valley for a few months a year, but I can go shooting on BLM land in 15 mins or less, off-road on my Jeep headed away from civilization on trails less than a mile from my house and skiing an hour away from my house or less than 3 hours to southern Utah but don’t tell anyone. This place is already crowded as it is

And as you can see I have a few fellow miscreants waiting to get me a trouble just a cool road trip away.

It's great to have a few friends in the area to get lost in the wilderness with. I'd love to be able to ride my motorcycle in those mountains out that way.

I thought about getting a bike last year but, as I get older I like a cab around me…. Especially when it’s 110° in the shade. Wife’s a big fan too.
