A big "WOO-HOO!" indeed!

It seems that there is also a magazine component to the two rifle cases - Grant and Viramontes - they've chosen to take up that will allow them to roll up the mag ban cases at the same time. The supposition is that those cases will then get handed back to their respective circuits with the new language.

The $64,000 question is whether they will jump on this ASAP when the new session starts in October, or we get a full year of thumb-twiddling. Given that they just resolved marijuana use and guns with Hemani and sensitive places with Wolford, it would be logical for them to keep rolling on to hardware with this next one.

Funny. . .I was talking with my dad today on what things we'd acquire first here in California if the restriction of "Arms" is completely listed. Yeah, there'll be some guns and mags, for sure, but one CA-banned item that I've long wanted is:

I mean, who WOULDN'T want a knife that can hurt in 5 different directions?

Besides the obvious (CA is retarded) why is a trench knife banned?

Switch blade bans have always been to me one of the DUMBEST laws around. Driven by stupid politicians because of the scary Hollywood image.

Yeah, can legally have my 9mm in my right pocket, and go to jail for the "switchblade" in my left

Here in Colorado switchblades are LEGAL! In a state going hard left and not friendly to guns we can Carly automatic knifes…. The governor has a friend at a knife company……wish he had friends in gun companies.

Actually "Automatic" knives are legal here, but I was talking about in reciprocal CC states that outlaw them.
