Looking to ID this action

Saw this rifle and thought the action is rather unique but don't know what it is!! Rifle is nicely done, to bad it's in .223!
Closest I could fugure is a Miller-De Hass, but the DST is a head scratcher!

Found it! It's made in Germany by Alfred Schilling Co. and imported by Sundog Firearms about 15-20 years ago!
