False news story.
She was NOT a hiding drugs IN a her butt. They were in her buttcrack. Which is weak. If you’re gonna hide them, do the prison pocket.

I was a maintenance supervisor in a half-way house. Use your imagination as to where things were hidden! Rubber gloves were popular.

Being a correctional nurse, I do
Though normally we sort of have "same sex" searches. A female nurse WILL search a female inmate, and, if I'm not there, they'll search males too.
Being the only male nurse working there, there's always a female nurse on duty
