Maverick & Rooster

Got a second Dagger frame, barrel and recoil spring to complete the original slide I bought, AND build another pistol. This one on a compact (G19) sized frame.

The full sized frame, with the red dot is "Maverick" and the new frame is "Rooster"
If you've seen "Top Gun: Maverick" you're familiar with the names. The question is if you can figure out why I chose those names for my Daggers.
If no one has figured it out by tomorrow evening, I'll explain.

Well yeah. Most of us have probably haven't seen the new one enough for serious quotability yet, but I have to go with:
"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING???"
"YOU TOLD ME NOT TO!!!"
You can get a lot of gun shopping mileage out of that one.

Okay...
During the flight to destroy the nuclear facility, it was "Dagger flight"
Maverick was "Dagger 1" (My first Dagger) and Rooster was "Dagger 2" (my second Dagger)
