I wrote a review on Arken’s site, after a few drinks… and, got a call from Arken two days later.

Excellent customer service. I mentioned the turrets were loose, and they overnighted me a new scope.

I’m been a long time Vortex guy, but have been looking at smaller companies. I bought the scope that was in the Vortex Crossfire price range and got a scope that is the Diamondback quality range.

So, if you’re looking for new optic, highly recommend Arken

I'm not in the market for a new riflescope at the moment, but I do have my eye on getting into NRL-22 shooting and one of those would likely keep me in the production class. I may very well revisit the brand this summer.

I have several Arken's, and I am pleased with the scope for the money.
