First attempt with the 43 was dismal.
Today was much better.
Thanks for the help Bigslug.
Dang pictures sure didn't come out where I wanted.
I lubed the bullets.

Stuffed a few more grains of BP in and seated a bit farther out.
First shot I pulled some......yeah I know.
Next two were touching.
I was quite happy.
Guy from work tried and had two touching.
Definitely on the right track.
The model 12 first time out I was checking patterns with the poly choke.
Figured out I had a high cheek weld doing that.
Today we tossed some clays and I was ink spotting them with no pain....lol
Big relief for me.....sorry Enzo
It's staying a bit.
Carlos a friend from work seemed to like the Spanish and effects.

Thanks buddy it is a huge relief that first time was just so bad.
I know I'm headed in the right direction now or even there.
I have a few more rounds to burn up to see.
This would be fun at some long range steel I'm thinking.
I'll cook you up some.....

You should add a little bacon grease to the lube!! That and the smell of black powder would be INCREDIBLE!!
That thing shoots good!!

Sure it could and probably eventually will

It does have to be played with for a bit first now.
Think a few rounds of skeet or sporting clays for fun.

It was a homebrew from a friend.
He wasn't using it anymore.
He did say the recipe but.....well I forgot.
