Spent a couple of days there last year. Beautiful country and really nice people.

If you really like him, a Dan Wesson would be a good choice.

As a teenager into early twenties it was a borderline hobby.

We have a home in South GA that backs up to a large tract of land. I'm looking to feed the deer in a low profile, simple to build feeder. Any solid ideas / proven designs? I was thinking 6mm CM. But that's because I already load it.

Interesting, but I don't know that it's $2k interesting. Like most of the recent SA offerings it seems to be significantly over priced for what it is. I've been running CM in my .308 Win for a while now. Everybody knows the CM stuff is faster and better.

Neat pistols. I had a couple similar that I ended up selling to a collector that had more use for them than I did.

I have a .300 Whisper that I inherited. It has a beast of a suppressor that basically wraps over the barrel. Whisper quiet 240 gr subsonic rounds that are fun to shoot inside 200 yards.

Yeah, but you need to factor in the initial cost of the whole house genset. About $10k+ assuming you don't install yourself.
