Savage 99 in 300 Savage, 4x Weaver prob original
3040 Krag I was shooting in the vintage matches, probably the first guy to take one. Action was so smooth that the pro photog took about 3 like this one in my slow fire string. I had 3 of the range guys watching to see the reload in the rapid fire.

When I feel like climbing stairs again, I'll take a pic of my 30BR. (Bathroom renovs are kicking my old butt). My 30BR ain't much to look at. Walnut USMC stock with a 722 Rem action. 1 oz. trigger. Single shot. SST Krieger barrel. No safety. No extractor. 36X Leupold scope with target dot reticule. Handloaders only. Can't buy ammo. Can't hunt with it. Past 300 yrds my .270 Win will stomp its' butt. But I've shot more sub .1" groups with it at 100 than I can really recall. And won a lot of Scooters' money. And a goodly portion more. When I started an "entry level" job where I work now....I paid for gas and lunch with that rifle for quite some time.
